The product itself

The Product is a spreadsheet file. It contains no code that connects to the internet, no tracking, no analytics, no remote scripts and no macros. We never receive the data you type into it.

If you open it in Microsoft Excel, your data stays in the file on your device (or in your own OneDrive, if you save it there).
If you copy it into Google Sheets, your data is stored in your own Google account under Google's privacy terms. We have no access to your copy.
The Product asks you to type information that may be personal (your own name and address, bank details for invoices, brand contacts and e-mail addresses, income and expenses). Keep the file private. Do not share a copy that contains real data. Remove payment details before sharing screenshots.

What we collect as the seller

When you buy through a marketplace such as Etsy, the marketplace processes your order and payment under its own privacy policy. We receive the information the marketplace gives sellers about an order, typically your username, the order details and, if you message us, what you write. We use it only to deliver the Product, answer your questions, handle refunds and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell it and do not use it for marketing.

Retention

Order and message records are kept for as long as the marketplace and tax law require, then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR) you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. Contact support@dobriedela.com. You can also complain to the data-protection authority of the country where you live.
