Privacy notice - Handmade Seller Starter Bundle

The product itself

• The workbook is a spreadsheet file. It contains no macros, no scripts, no tracking, no analytics and does not call any external service (the only formula that depends on the outside is the local clock via TODAY()).
• Everything you type into it (materials, products, orders, customers, expenses) stays in your own file or in your own Google Drive. The seller never receives it and cannot see it.
• The Google Sheets copy link is whatever you open; it is handled by the services you choose (e.g. Google) under their own terms.

Data the seller receives when you buy

When you buy through a marketplace (for example Etsy), the marketplace processes your order and payment under its own privacy policy. The seller receives the order data the marketplace shares (typically your name, email for the order, country and the order contents) and uses it only to deliver the files, answer your messages, handle refunds and meet accounting and tax duties. Legal bases: performance of the contract and legal obligation. Retention: as long as needed for these purposes and for legal record-keeping.

Sharing

No sale of data, no advertising use. Data may be shared with the marketplace, payment providers and authorities where the law requires.

Your rights

Under GDPR/UK GDPR you can ask for access, correction or deletion of the data the seller holds about you and can complain to the data-protection authority of the country where you live. Contact: support@dobriedela.com.

Customer data you enter into the workbook

The Customers sheet has optional fields for your own buyers (name, email, country, notes). If you fill them, YOU are the data controller for that data: keep it only as long as you need it, protect your file or Google account, and handle requests from your customers under GDPR/UK GDPR. The seller of this workbook never sees it. You can leave the fields empty and use only a customer ID; do not enter buyers' postal addresses or payment details.
