Table Exporter ("the extension") is a Chrome extension that exports HTML tables from the page you are viewing to CSV, TSV, Markdown or Excel (XLSX). It is operated by FOP Ihor Aleksandrin, 70 Ispanska St., Kharkiv, 61205, Ukraine ("we").
The short version
- The extension works entirely on your device. It sends no data to us or to anyone else. It has no server, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
- We do not collect, store on our side, sell or share any personal data, browsing history or website content.
What the extension reads
- Page content, only when you ask. When you click the toolbar button, Chrome grants the extension temporary access to the active tab (the
activeTabpermission). The extension then reads the tables in that page (cell text, structure) so it can show them and build your file. The extension has no host permissions and no always-on content scripts, so it cannot read any page you did not open it on. - The table text is processed in the extension popup on your device and is written only to the file or the clipboard you asked for. It is not transmitted anywhere.

Nothing in this table leaves your device. Chrome may sync some extension storage between your devices only if you use chrome.storage.sync; the extension does not use it.
Permissions
activeTab: read the tables of the tab you opened the popup on, after your click.scripting: run the table reader (packaged inside the extension) in that tab.storage: keep the settings, the license key and the optional collected rows described above.downloads: save the file you export.
No host permissions are requested. No remote code is loaded.
Network
The extension makes no network requests. The only link is "Get a Pro key" in the License section: if you click it, your browser opens our web page in a new tab, like any link. Payments and key delivery happen on that page and are covered by its own privacy notice, not by this extension.
Children
The extension is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
Your data and the law
Because the extension collects no personal data on our side, there is no personal data of yours for us to access, correct, export or delete under GDPR or similar laws. If you buy Pro, the seller or payment provider (see our Terms) processes your payment and e-mail address under its own policy; the license key we send you contains only a one-way hash fragment of your e-mail, not the e-mail itself.
Limited Use
We do not use or transfer any data obtained through the extension except as needed to provide the single purpose described above (exporting tables you choose). We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, creditworthiness or lending, and no human reads it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with a new date. Material changes will also be mentioned in the extension's listing.
